Nikolaos Papakostas – A Multidimensional Personality

Nikolaos Papakostas is an entrepreneur living in Switzerland. The well educated psychologist and economist currently runs Yamamoto Industries AG of which he owns the controlling interest. Before that happened he had succesfully made a name for himself as an executive consultant and investment banker. Amongst others he had established a company in the cosmetic field, moreover managed and consulted organizations in the luxury goods industry. The experience accumulated over the years had been perfectly summed up in his book 'Management by Monstering', which was published in the year 2000. The work mainly gave attention on promoting creative methods in organizations. A reprint of the book had been given up due to the prediction in its first edition of the downfalls of companies such as Swissair and Arthur Andersen.  Events that actually had taken place shortly after publication.
